Kukui nut oil is rich in Vitamins A, C, and E, and essential fatty acids including linoleic acid. We include it in Men's Solid Shave as it is easily absorbed to soothe dry skin, help prevent 'razor bumps' and to provide protection from the sun. Used for thousands of years in Hawai'i, Kukui is the state tree.
Argan nut oil is rich in Vitamins A and E and essential fatty acids that have excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant qualities. We include it in Women's Solid Shave because it protects your skin, is an excellent moisturizer and helps to restore nutrients inside skin cells. Used for centuries by the women of Morocco, it is manually harvested by cooperatives of Berber women, who preserve their land, trees, and lifestyle by harvesting the nuts and processing the oil.
